Judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 17, 1972, affirmed. The plea of guilty vitiated any question as to the sufficiency of the Grand Jury minutes ( People v. O'Neal, N YL.J., Jan. 18, 1974, p. 18, col. 5). Hopkins, Acting P.J., Cohalan, Christ, Benjamin and Munder, JJ., concur.
