Present — Close, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ.


Judgment of the County Court, Kings County, resentencing appellant as of the date of the original sentence to State prison at Sing Sing for an indeterminate term of not less than five years and not more than twenty years, and providing that he be credited with the time he had been in jail prior to conviction and before sentence, and with the time served under the original sentence, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
