         Petition for review GRANTED.

         The issues to be argued before this court shall be limited to (1) whether Penal Code section 208, subdivision (b), provides for a separate offense or an enhancement, and (2) whether there was sufficient evidence of asportation to support the verdict.

         GEORGE, C.J., and KENNARD, BAXTER, WERDEGAR, CHIN and BROWN, JJ., concur.
