Leave to appeal denied with order.

In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. House, No. 1-98-4324 (August 16, 2002). The cause is remanded to the circuit court for an in camera inspection of the records of the Office of Professional Standards requested by defendant. The circuit court is to determine what, if any, material should be disclosed to defendant. In the event new evidence is disclosed, defendant shall be allowed to file a motion for new trial if indicated.
