Order

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the February 14, 2013 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. See People v. Harmon, 248 Mich.App. 522, 532, 640 N.W.2d 314 (2001) (permitting an OV 13 score in the case of four concurrent convictions).
