PEOPLE of the State of Michigan, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Alfred HATCHETT, Jr., Defendant-Appellant.


Order

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the April 15, 2021 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration of the defendant's Standard 4 brief, (Attachment B to his pro se motion for reconsideration in the Court of Appeals). The motion to remand to the trial court is DENIED.
