ELECTIONS, § 241 — sufficiency of evidence to establish conspiracy to violate election laws. Evidence held sufficient to establish guilt of certain of defendants, charged with conspiracy to violate election laws, in certain precinct, in connection with mayoralty election, and insufficient to establish guilt of one of defendants.

Affirmed as to defendants Harrison, McCoy, Radaha, Monforti and Marsala; reversed and remanded as to defendant Frank Tornabene. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the December term, 1941.
