Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated February 28, 2000 (People v. Gssime, 269 A.D.2d 605), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered May 6, 1998.

Said Gssime, Stormville, N.Y., appellant pro se.
