Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Gilmore, case No. 1-96-3641 (November 30, 1998:), and to remand the case to the Circuit Court of Cook County for an evidentiary hearing on whether defendant consented to defense counsel's strategy of not requesting an instruction for second degree murder.
