Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. Flemming, 384 Ill.Dec. 743, 17 N.E.3d 725 (Ill.App.2014). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its opinion in light of People v. Jolly, 2014 IL 117142, 389 Ill.Dec. 101, 25 N.E.3d 1127, to determine if a different result is warranted.
