Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Second District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Downs, case No. 2–12–1156, ––– Ill.Dec. ––––, ––– N.E.3d ––––, 2016 WL 3551789 (6/30/16). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Cherry, 2016 IL 118728, 407 Ill.Dec. 439, 63 N.E.3d 871, on the issue of whether Krankel counsel's performance was constitutionally adequate under Strickland, and determine if a different result is warranted.
