By order of September 28, 2022, the application for leave to appeal the March 8, 2022 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Jones ). On order of the Court, leave to appeal having been denied in Jones , ––– Mich ––––, 991 N.W.2d 587 (2023), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion to expand the record/remand is DENIED.
