Order

On order of the Chief Justice, the joint motion of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan and the State Appellate Defender Office to have five minutes of the oral argument time allotted to defense counsel is GRANTED. On further order of the Chief Justice, the motion of defendant-appellant to allow defense counsel to participate in oral arguments remotely is GRANTED.
