AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 250sufficiency of information charging motorist with passing through red light and striking pedestrian. Information charging defendant motorist with passing through red light and striking and injuring pedestrian, held sufficient as against contention that allegations in information were defectively stated, especially where defendant did not question sufficiency of information until after court had heard cause, made its finding, and imposed fine.

Error to Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. ERWIN J. HASTEN, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at December term, 1942.
