ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS, § 58when court erred in sustaining petition of plaintiff's attorney charging client with fraud. Where by decree of court plaintiff was awarded mechanic's lien upon certain premises of defendant and subsequently executed satisfaction of amount due under decree which was duly filed, held trial court erred in entering order sustaining petition of plaintiff's attorney which alleged that his client was not the real owner of decretal indebtedness and that satisfaction was fraudulent, since attorney was not party to suit and had no standing before court to present such an issue.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. CHARLES A. WILLIAMS, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the December term, 1943.
