Jill Marie Pastoriza v. Rajan Andres Pastoriza

LC No. 20-000052-DM

ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the March 8. 2022 judgment of divorce is not a final order appealable by right. MCR 7.203(A)(1); MCR 7.202(6)(a). Specifically, the March 8, 2022 judgment of divorce was not the first judgment that disposed of all claims of the parties. MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i); Helms v. Helms, 185 Mich.App. 680, 685; 462 N.W.2d 812 (1990). The issue of credit card debt allocation remains unresolved.
