Opinion

Submitted February 16, 1934 —

Decided April 12, 1934.

On appeal from the Supreme Court, in which the following per curiam was filed:

"These cases were by consent of the parties, consolidated for the purposes of the appeal, and the orders appealed from are affirmed for the reasons expressed in the opinion of President Weaver of the state board of tax appeals, reported in 55 N.J.L.J. 117."
