Appeal from the Steuben Trial Term.

Present — Marsh, J.P., Witmer, Moule, Cardamone and Henry, JJ.


Order unanimously modified to grant the motion to set aside the verdict of $25,000 upon the cause of action for conscious pain and suffering and as so modified affirmed. Same memorandum as in Parker v. McConnell Mfg. Co. ( 40 A.D.2d 587) decided herewith.
