In a negligence action, defendant Atlantic Basin Iron Works (Inc.) appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff Paddle, and in an action by Atlantic Basin Iron Works (Inc.) for judgment over, on an indemnification agreement, Charles J. Laval appeals from the judgment over in favor of Atlantic Basin Iron Works (Inc.). On appeal by defendant Atlantic Basin Iron Works (Inc.), judgment in favor of plaintiff Paddle and against said defendant unanimously affirmed, with costs against said defendant. On appeal by third-party defendant Laval, judgment in favor of third-party plaintiff Atlantic Basin Iron Works (Inc.) and against said defendant unanimously affirmed, with costs against said defendant. No opinion.
