CORRECTION TO ORDER
The Court needing to correct a scrivener's error in its Order entered on September 26, 2003 related to the defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration, wherein it inadvertently granted Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike Portions of Defendants' Reply to Plaintiffs' Opposition to Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration instead of denying the motion as was its intent,
IT IS ORDERED that the Court's Order entered on September 26, 2003 (doc. #172) is corrected to state that Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike Portions of Defendants' Reply to Plaintiffs' Opposition to Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration (doc. #88) is denied.
