OVANTE, MANUEL v. ARIZONA
The motion of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and the petition for a writ of certiorari are granted. The judgment is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Superior Court of Arizona, Maricopa County for further consideration in light of Cruz v. Arizona, 598 U.S. ___ (2023).
