ADDITIONAL PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
In accord with this court's Opinion and Order of February 14, 2003 and upon consideration of the additional papers submitted pursuant to that Opinion and Order and the parties' oral argument before this court on February 26, 2003. defendants are ordered, in addition to the Preliminary Injunction issued on February 14, 2003. to provide aid-continuing to all Disaster Relief Medicaid recipients who were issued a Notice of decision terminating their benefits prior to February 14, 2003 and who have timely requested or who in the future timely request a fair hearing and who have not vet been issued a fair hearing decision. The defendants are further ordered to effectuate this additional preliminary injunctive relief by March 26, 2003.
