CARRIERS, § 701bus jerking, passenger injured. In action for injuries sustained by bus passenger, lower court improperly directed verdict for defendant, where plaintiff, a woman of 65 years, testified the bus jerked as she was sitting down, knocking her to the floor, and the bus driver testified there was some movement of the bus as he brought it to a stop.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Evanston; Hon HARRY H. PORTER, presiding.

Judgment reversed and cause remanded. Heard in second division, first district, this court at April term, 1940.
