ORDER


Plaintiff The Ohio Bell Telephone Company and Third-Party Defendants, Ameritech Corporation, Ameritech Services, Inc., SBC Communications, Inc., SBC Operations, Inc., and SBC Services, Inc. (collectively "SBC" or "Counterdefendants") have moved for a dismissal of Counts Two and Three of CoreComm Newco, Inc.'s ("CoreComm")'s Counterclaim and Third Party Complaint. After careful consideration of the pleadings and a review of all relevant law, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, the Counterdefendants' Motion to Dismiss is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
