Case followed.

Defendant Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul Pacific Railroad Company appealed from a judgment of the district court for Swift county, G.E. Qvale, Judge, in favor of plaintiff against this appellant and the defendant Great Northern Railway Company. The Great Northern is made a party to the appeal but has not appealed. Affirmed, following O'Connor v. C. M. St. P. P. R. Co. 190 Minn. 277, 251 N.W. 674.

For the reasons given in the previous opinion and upon authority of that opinion, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.
