Affirmed. See Nunez v. Tucker, 93 So.3d 1018 (Fla. 1st DCA 2012) ; see also Federated Dep't Stores, Inc. v. Moitie, 452 U.S. 394, 398, 101 S.Ct. 2424, 69 L.Ed.2d 103 (1981) (holding that res judicata binds those who have previously contested the issue); State v. McBride, 848 So.2d 287, 290 (Fla.2003) (prohibiting relitigation of claims that were raised or could have been raised in a prior action).
