Original proceeding in certiorari by Camilla Nielsen and others against Industrial Accident Commission of California, Carl Bersch, an individual doing business as the Bay City Cabinet Company, and the State Compensation Insurance Fund, to review an order of the Industrial Accident Commission denying compensation for the death of Anton Nielsen.

Order annulled, and application remanded with directions.
