Appeal, No. 128, March T., 1965, from order of Superior Court, April T., 1964, No. 241, affirming order of Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1961, No. 1225, in case of Bartholomew Neyman v. Harry Reese Walter Soutter, Erma Soutter and Katherine R. Soutter. Judgment affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 205 Pa. Super. 8.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before WEIR, J.

Voluntary nonsuit entered as to defendant, K. Soutter; verdict for plaintiff in amount of $7,500 compensatory damages entered against defendants H. Soutter and E. Soutter, and $5,000 punitive damages entered against defendant, H. Soutter; defendants' motions for judgment non obstante veredicto and for new trial refused and judgment entered on the verdict. Defendant, E. Soutter, appealed to Superior Court which reversed judgment, opinion by FLOOD, J. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
