Appeal from the Onondaga Special Term.

Order unanimously reversed, with costs, and motion denied without prejudice to renewing the motion in a proper county. Memorandum: The venue of this action being in Warren County in the Fourth Judicial District, Special Term in Onondaga County lacked jurisdiction of the motion (CPLR 2212, 509; Upstate Tel-Hotel Corp. v. Prospect House Corp., 12 A.D.2d 876).
