Interpleader to determine title to proceeds of life insurance policy under terms of separation agreement between the insured and his wife. Decree for wife.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Oscar Hebel, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1925.

Reversed and remanded with directions.
