Appeal, No. 327, Jan. T., 1957, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Clearfield County, Feb. T., 1956, No. 3, in case of The New York Central Railroad Company v. Pennsylvania Railroad Company. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before PENTZ, P. J.

Adjudication filed finding for defendant; certain exceptions to adjudication overruled and final decree entered for defendant. Plaintiff appealed.
