Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. (See Connecticut General Life Insurance Co. v. Brandstein, 233 App. Div. 723.) All concur. (The order denies a motion to dismiss the complaint in an action to reform three life insurance policies by canceling disability and double indemnity clauses.)
