Per Curiam.

Upon consideration of Petitioner's response docketed September 28, 2021, the Court dismisses the petition for belated appeal. See Logan v. State , 846 So. 2d 472 (Fla. 2003) (holding that, generally, a criminal defendant has no right to simultaneously represent himself in the appellate court and be represented by counsel in the pending trial case).
