TRADE UNIONS, § 5prerequisite for expelled union member to invoke jurisdiction of court of chancery. Member of local labor union who had been expelled from membership for alleged misconduct after trial by union executive board, was precluded from invoking jurisdiction of court of chancery to set aside expulsion order and to order his re-instatement, where he had submitted himself to committee of union designated for conducting hearing, until he had exhausted his remedies by appeal to national organization.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. DONALD S. MCKINLAY, Judge, presiding.

Decree reversed and cause remanded with directions. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the December term, 1945.
