Nov 1, 1995
659 N.E.2d 767 (N.Y. 1995)

Opinion

Submitted August 7, 1995

Decided November 1, 1995

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as denied plaintiff's motion to amend her complaint, dismissed upon the ground that that part of the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied, with $100 costs and necessary reproduction disbursements.
