Action by a judgment creditor upon an insurance policy, pursuant to section 167 of the Insurance law. Order denying motion of plaintiff and granting that of defendant for summary judgment, and the judgment entered in accordance therewith, unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
