After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court


Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court's decision in Ex parte Minor, 780 So.2d 796 (Ala. 2000), the trial court's judgment is due to be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
