The respondent's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 144 Conn.App. 45, 71 A.3d 660, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that defense counsel provided ineffective assistance by failing to call an expert to testify to the suggestibility of young children and the reliability of a child's recollection one year after the alleged event?”
