Sulzberger, 260 So. 3d 363, 364 (Fla 3d DCA 2018) (stating that an attorney is liable for his or her negligence in the performance of professional duties only where there is privity of contract or where the party asserting the claim was the intended third-party beneficiary of the attorney's services); Arlington Pebble Creek, LLC v. Campus Edge Condo. Ass'n, Inc., 232 So. 3d 502, 505 (Fla. 1st DCA 2017) (setting forth the elements required to establish a negligent misrepresentation claim).
