ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on the parties' Joint Motion for Reconsideration of Approval of FLSA Settlement, filed November 19, 2013 (Doc. 43). In the motion, the parties request that this Court reconsider the dismissal of this matter as to the FLSA claims only. Further, the parties request that this Court issue an order approving the FLSA settlement. The Court, having reviewed the parties' Joint Motion for Reconsideration of Approval of FLSA Settlement and being fully advised in the premises, will grant the motion. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED:

1. The parties' Joint Motion for Reconsideration of Approval of FLSA Settlement (Doc. 43) is GRANTED.

2. The Order of Dismissal (Doc. 42), entered on November 19, 2013 is hereby vacated.

3. The Clerk is directed to reopen this case.
