In accordance with the order entered on this date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that this cause be transferred to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, Northern Division, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404 (a), for the convenience of the parties and in the interest of justice.
