The portion of the judgment in favor of defendant Mason (pertaining to count I of the amended complaint) is affirmed. The remaining portions of the judgment in favor of defendants Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation and Commercial Union York Insurance Company are vacated, and the case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
