Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus is dismissed pursuant to Logan v. State, 846 So. 2d 472 (Fla. 2003) (holding petitioners have no right to simultaneously represent themselves and be represented by counsel relative to the pending charges against them unless they clearly indicate that they are seeking to discharge counsel).
