Appeal, No. 36, May T., 1964, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of York County, May T., 1963, No. 24, in case of McCoy Brothers, Inc. v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Highways. Judgment affirmed.

Eminent domain. Before ATKINS, P. J.

Verdict entered for plaintiff, defendant's motion for new trial refused and judgment entered on the verdict. Defendant appealed.
