Proceeding under article 78, Civil Practice Act, to compel the appellant to make changes in the hours of duty of firemen of the Fire Department of the City of White Plains in conformity with chapter 626 of the Laws of 1941, the so-called "Hampton Act." Order striking out defenses in the answer of the appellant and directing him to comply with the statute unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
