ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend CHARLES DEFAZIO, III of Hoboken from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on November 27, 1978 temporarily suspending CHARLES DEFAZIO, III from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on December 11, 1978 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaint against him before the District VI Ethics Committee, and he having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of CHARLES DEFAZIO, III, imposed by order of this Court dated November 27, 1978, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaint against him and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that CHARLES DEFAZIO, III be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
