Motion to amend remittitur granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended to read as follows: Order modified, matter remitted to Special Term for entry of final judgment for the amounts of the awards for going concern assets, and for further proceedings in accordance with the opinion heretofore rendered, such proceedings to be severed from all prior proceedings, and, as so modified, affirmed with costs.
