Matter of Boyland v. Board of Elections

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Aug 20, 1986
122 A.D.2d 902 (N.Y. App. Div. 1986)

Opinion

August 20, 1986

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Kings County (Williams, J.).

Judgments affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.

The appellants' assertion that the candidate Ward's cover sheet is fatally defective (see, Matter of Pecoraro v Mahoney, 65 N.Y.2d 1026) was not presented to Special Term with sufficient specificity to preserve the contention for review by this court. Bracken, J.P., Niehoff, Eiber and Spatt, JJ., concur.
