ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that MALCOLM L. BLOCK of Cherry Hill be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that MALCOLM L. BLOCK be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that MALCOLM L. BLOCK show cause before this Court on February 6, 1979, at 10:00 A.M. in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final determination of the complaints against him before the District IV Ethics Committee; and it is further

ORDERED that Colette A. Coolbaugh, Esq., or her designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that MALCOLM L. BLOCK be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
