ORDER

This matter having come before the Court on an order to show cause why the temporary suspension of MALCOLM L. BLOCK of Cherry Hill should not be continued, and the Court having reviewed the supplemental filings submitted by counsel and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of MALCOLM L. BLOCK, imposed by order of this Court dated January 8, 1979, be continued pending final disposition of the ethics complaints against him and until the further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that said MALCOLM L. BLOCK be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
